1. Company Obligations
1.1 The company ("Dabbler" LLC, Tax ID: 01085021) will register each customer account in the mobile application.
1.2 The company guarantees access to services of at least 30 different partner organizations.
1.3 The company's role is limited to connecting customers with sports, cultural, and leisure establishments and providing access to them. The company is not responsible for the quality of services provided by partners or any legal issues arising from them.
2. Service Duration and Termination
2.1 These terms come into effect from the moment the customer subscribes. The customer has the right to cancel the agreement at any time without giving a reason. In this case, the company does not refund the current month's fee.
2.3 Payment begins on the payment date and ends on the same day of the following month.
2.4 The customer may pause the service from the next billing period; however, the fee for the current period is non-refundable, and the account becomes "unavailable." The customer can reactivate the service in the next billing cycle.
2.5 The customer may completely terminate the service at any time, which will also stop the processing of personal data. The fee for the current billing period is non-refundable.
2.6 After signing the agreement, the customer can use the services until either cancellation or automatic deletion.
2.7 After service termination, a company representative may contact the customer for feedback purposes.
2.8 The company has the right to unilaterally modify the terms by notifying the customer 30 days in advance.
3. Payments and Fees
3.1 If the service has already been paid for, all payment details are governed by the agreement.
3.2 Payment is made online monthly, on the date of the first payment.
3.3 If payment is not made, the account will be deactivated. After repayment, the account will automatically reactivate.
3.4 The company has the right to change the fee by notifying the customer at least 30 days in advance. Changes will not affect already paid periods.
4. Terms of Using the Application
4.1 Services can only be used through the mobile application with an active profile.
4.2 When using services at a partner establishment, a valid ID must be presented.
4.3 Company or partner staff may verify the customer's identity. In case of rule violations, the company may block the account.
4.4 The customer must comply with the internal rules of the partner establishment.
4.5 Partners may require an advance payment for reservations.
4.6 Partners may apply additional fees according to company or publicly available information.
4.7 It is recommended that the customer directly contacts the partner establishment for registration in group events or clarifying details.
4.8 Information about services is available on www.dabblerclub.com.
4.9 Profile data cannot be shared with other persons or used on another device without prior notification.
4.10 In case of rule violations, the company may unilaterally suspend the service, deny further access, or request compensation.
4.11 The company may modify the terms of application use by notifying the customer 30 days in advance.
5. Account Creation, Management, and Closure
5.1 Account Registration and Management
- To create an account, it is necessary to provide the data required by the company and complete verification.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the provided information.
- After registration, you can log in to the website or application using the registered email and password.
- Offensive usernames are prohibited.
- Having more than one account is prohibited. The company may block additional accounts.
- You are required to keep your data up to date. The company may request verification.
- You are responsible for the use of your account.
- If there is suspicion that data has been accessed by a third party, notify us immediately.
5.2 Account Closure
- You can close your account at any time by sending a written request from your registered email to the company's email address.
- Make sure you have no outstanding obligations to the company.
- We will close the account within 10 business days.
5.3 Management of Personal Data After Account Closure
- The right to delete data is determined by data protection laws.
- Data is deleted via anonymization or pseudonymization.
- It is recommended to clear browser cache, cookies, and history.
5.4 Exceptional Cases
An account cannot be deleted if:
- You have outstanding obligations.
- Data is necessary to prevent fraud or for investigation purposes.
- Data is required by law.
- Data is needed for resolving complaints.
- There is a legal authority request regarding data retention.
In these cases, the data will be retained in accordance with the company's policy.
